He certainly can if He chooses. I need more evidence than the affirmations of the likes of Miss Cleo, though.
Somehow, I feel that if God raised a modern-day prophet, this prophet would not have a 900 number called the "Psychic Hotline." I can't explain it. It's just a feeling I have.

Yes, he does, as it suits his good purposes to do so.
If one has been given such a gift, it is imperative that one "give it back" to God so that God may set the person in right relation to himself and to the gift.
That is, those with certain gifts are also susceptible to being led by God's enemy. God's enemy can convince such people that they are special based on their special gift...and people then can come to believe more and more it is their innate specialness that allows them to have the gift--which is an open door for God's enemy's influence.
In other words, one should take great care to thank God for the gift and to seek his will in how and when one should utilize it...and how and when one should not.

No, he has not imparted any special abilities to humans since the time of the original apostles. They were no longer necessary once Christianity was on the move. As for the ability to read person's minds, consider the white noise they would have to put up with, every minute of every day.

I've never experienced something like that, but I do think God gives people certain talents. Like some people can sing, act, or do some other unique thing. He makes everyone special.

Being that no god has ever been proven to exist, and there are no valid documented cases of people able to read minds, then no, I don't believe that.

i think He gives them gifts like if someone is extremely patient, God gave him/her that gift. and he meant for that person to use it in some way. i have no idea if God gives inhuman gifts like pyschicness etc.
