Anyway, Im sure the test would be in English, you would have to ask the relevant department that deals with the test. Yo may be able to find out online, or you could email somebody at the department.
Sorry my advice is vague, but anythings better than being told to try in 2099.

You will have to apply for a visa like everyone else.
If you want a holiday try to go to a travel agency but you will need a passport.
You think life is better in UK perhaps?

The UK is really not the place to come to, anti immigrant feeling is really starting to rise and there is going to be trouble before long. How about trying Poland, they have lots of jobs and houses available at the moment.
