He is doing his residency. What should I do. i am very shy when it comes to men. Don't know how to read him. sometimes he stands next to me but doesnt say anything, just stands there and looks at me out of teh corner of his eye. My friends say they see him checking me out. When he comes off the stairs and sees me he just grins and turns red. is he interested in me or not. What should i do or say since I am so shy? any suggestions?

He definitely likes you. He smiles at you, he turns red so he's blushing, and your friends noticed him checking you out. What other clues do you need? One of you is going to have to make a move. Just take a bold chance. If not, it doesn't hurt that you tried. At least, you'll know rather than always wonder around. Also, it will let you know for your own self that you can take risks!

Again I assume you work in a hospital and you mean a resident Dr. Assuming this is true......then how exciting!!!! Its always hard to read people, he may be shy too which is why he is not talking. Find a way to break the ice...talk about something that is happening on the floor or ask for his medical thoughts on a topic. ONce you start talking just be yourself and I am sure everything will go fine.

What`s this GREY`S Anatomy!! I have a friend that`s a CNA and this happened to him but when his employer found out he was written up and put in his file. Not a good thing to see him in the facility. But you can have a conversation with him and when he gets out you can see him all you want. Just be careful and yes he does like you he`s playing it safe also when your around other people.

Maybe you are standing on his oxygen line and is too polite to tell you to move. Really though, I think you should be professional enough not to mix your nurse skills with him being a patient. Every guy falls in love with his nurse. Maybe you are just prettier than the rest. Keep it on a professional level.

Gee thats a hard one! Yes he is interested. What you should do is talk to him. Men dont bite if you talk to them or just want to take women to bed. We want relationships tooo. Start off as friends and just talk and see how it goes.

Good Luck

HI. I"M A RN FOR A GAZILLION YEARS, AND KNOW STUFF. IF HE IS A RESIDENT/PATIENT--WALK AWAY, HE IS SICK AND LOOKING FOR A CARE GIVER. IF HE IS A RESIDENT/MD IN THE FUTURE, HE WANTS A CASH COW/BEDMATE, WORK WILL ALWAYS COME FIRST. DO YOU LIKE 3AM PHONE CALLS???

Ah yes, he's sooo into you.
Just be yourself and introduce yourself to him one day. Just pop in your head and ask if he's still doing okay, then start up a conversation.

He's turning red because he's holding his breath. Are you wearing some nasty perfume? Just a thought.
