How can I find out if all Life Insurance Policy's were paid out , during a family death. Judy?

My brother inlaw passed away last year and he had an xwife that said he had insurance policy's in her name for her, how do I find out? Judy

I am not sure how you would find out but I am curious as to why you are trying. If he did have insurance then a beneficiary would have to be named on the policy and the insurance companies are very particular about only paying out to beneficiaries listed on the policy.

If her name they will pay her. Call the company.
