For me i choose both but they both have their down sides & good sides

Downsides,

Birth control-- if not givin the right kind u could get fat or bigger, get blood clots(those are scarier than u think ma mom had one and once they start movin in your body its deadly), or they just wont work at all. they could stop you from havin children premantly, could mess up the way your cycle flows( ma friend bleeded for 2 weeks)

Condoms-- if you dont know how to use them they bust easier than normal, if u dont dispose of them properly people find them, and one size dosen't fit all (thats a good thing and a bad thing) if u get the wrong size it gonna tear bust one or the other

But they do have the Good Sides

Condoms-- use and size right all should go well, they HELP protect u from STDs (condoms alone dont prevent everything by themselves) and protection from getting pregnant.

Birth Control-- if ur a very skiny(very close to having a boys boy) there is a chance it could cause u to gain weight in a few areas(butt, stomach, hips, thighs, breast,)(this usally happens to every one who is givein the wrong or not right dose of pills. u dont get pregnant. stops ya cycle for a couple of months

I use both. I like being in control of my periods and the condoms reduce the mess.
