Initially, its all about looks. Usually, before you talk to someone, you know little (if anything) about them, except for what they look like. The first question that I ask myself (if I'm thinking in terms of dating) is, Does this girl LOOK like someone that I would appreciate being with, possibly for the rest of my life. If the answer is yes, then you move on to getting to know her, & asking yourself basically the same question, this time based on personality vs looks. On to responsibility, interests, etc. Almost like a qualification checklist of sorts, but looks are the first qualification. If you don't tag first base, You don't get to go to 2nd.

Well it's how we feel about her. Do we think she'll fit in as a great friend, best friend, or girl-friend in our lives. It depends, also what makes us want to get to know her is because she's friendly or we are attracted to her. I met a friend like that actually 2 and they're best friends with each other. I figured out that i just like them as friends. One other thing is sometimes we might like them at one point as in love, but then later on we change our minds and say they'll be more better as a friend to me then me liking them. Have a great day.
