Learn to recognize what sets you off. There is always some pill you can pop, but I have learned from personal experience that it is much more beneficial to learn your body (like, I have anxiety problems, particularly when under stress or during my period) and channel that energy. Find things to fill your time like exercise, friends, yoga, meditation, special breathing techniques...heck a little ice cream won't hurt once in a while either! lol. I strongly suggest that you learn more about what sets you off before resorting to a prescription as it can be difficult to handle later on. There certainly are prescriptions that you can take that may very well work for you...but they're not for everyone. I've tried anti depressants, anti-anxiety meds and I find that removing myself from stressful situations (whenever possible) and teaching myself PATIENCE and TOLERANCE has been the most beneficial. Good luck and good health!

i remember when, i remember ,i remember when i lost my mind their was something so special about that day. on a more serious note depression in teenagers can be due to hormones but you need to see a doctor and get reffered to someone who specializes in mental health. always remember their is nothing wrong with you you just aren't able to put things into proportion instantaniously which a specialist can help you with. it'll be ok you deffinetly not the only one.the girl north of here seems to have some great advice im fairly limited in what i know but i thought id'e chuck my 2 pence worth in ,good work girl upstairs. either way you shouldn't keep it a secret tell someone cos talkin can help on its own.

i was like that all throughtout my teenage years when i turned 19 and tried jumping out of the car going fifty miles an hour i went to a doctor, after many visits they diagnosed me bipolar. when i was sixteen they tried to get me on prozac and zoloft and that kind of stuff but i kept refusing but i was very prone to anger when my moods shifted. i now take medication for my bipolar but when i get manic my mania is normally irratible and angry more than hyper. i would talk to a doctor and maybe think about making a psych appt if you are worried. at least you recognize it, i just denied it

This is a natural program that you can try to cure your acid reflux http://hypothyroidism.toptips.org
Acid reflux disease, also known as gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD), occurs due to the coexistence of several medical and lifestyle conditions. Physiological factors that trigger GERD include lower esophageal sphincter (LES) hypotonia (the gradual weakening of the LES), along with retrograde flow of stomach contents into the esophagus, and the level of sensitivity of the esophageal mucus to the reflux content.

The thyroid is a butterfly-shaped gland that sits low on the front of the neck. Your thyroid lies below your Adam’s apple, along the front of the windpipe. The thyroid has two side lobes, connected by a bridge (isthmus) in the middle. When the thyroid is its normal size, you’re unlikely to be able to feel it.
All types of hyperthyroidism are due to overproduction of thyroid hormones, but the condition can develop in several ways.
Thyroid hormone production can be suppressed or halted completely in these ways: https://tr.im/gLIxf

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/FjsqS
Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.
Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.
Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.

hormone imbalance or thyroid high or low or aneamia (low iron in blood) have tests donr for all of em. its easy for the docs to say depression when theres more to it. pls dont accdept the 'u got depression' thing until proven. i waited 9 yrs and they kept saying depression and i knw theres more to it. so tehy checking me for thyoid and hormone imbalance. its when i screamed it out to him after lots and lots of research in books and internet that i find stuff out and match my symptoms and then they say, oh yeah, u might have this and that. why they put me on anti depressants all this time and not used thier brains. bet i could sit in thier seat right now lol. but i dont want u suffereing what i suffered so get it checked out proper. u on menapause? u given birth recently? if so then its post natal depression. take care and have MOT donr of blood thats everything they check. ask for thyroid (if under active or over active) and hormone imbalance or could be PMS or PMT. good luck. unless u can wave all them above with proof frm test then its ok even if it may be depression but get all that checked 1st. good luck x

Possibly SAD (Seasonal affective disorder.) Go and see your GP. They can do a lot to help this condition and will provide an accurate diagnosis. It also be anaemia or even depression.
If you are female it may even be bad PMS.
