in my hand rite now.
i can prove it buy all mean. I am not in a position where i can easly buy a new copy at the moment and the pc is stuck, thats why im here lookin 4 help.

For all those who don't know what he's saying:
He lost the XP box (with the product key) and he's asking for someone to give him their key.
Even if you gave him your key, he won't be able to activate it. Go to Microsoft's web site for a complete explanation about Windows Activation.
Some people already told him to call Microsoft & buy another key, in a previously posted Question.

You can get the win xp 02 for free if you call the help desk of the computer you bought.

No one will give you there personal information, especialy their serial number! If you have original version of XP you should try contacting the Microsoft.com, or any other legitimate source of personal information...

Take that software back, You won't be able to install it with other key number nor can you activate it.
