I need help with spanish?

Question

Ok i have this spanish test tomorrow and i want to make sure i have my flashcards right. There are only 3 that i am not sure of so here they are:

~are jeans "los pantalones jeans" or "los pantalones vaqueros" ?

~what are slippers? When i look it up in the spanish dictionary it says las zapatillas and people in my class told me it started with a p (they wont tell me what it is)

~are pajamas "el pijama" ?

1)pantalones vaqueros, or just vaqueros, or even "el bluejeans" in Latin America
2) zapatillas (castillian) , pantufla (south american spanish)
3)el pijama (there are many words that end in a that are masculine, but not many that end in o that are feminine)

For your test write it as your teacher show you, but if you say "pantalones vaqueros" at any Hispanic country when referring to jeans, people are going to laugh at you... in many places they are called jeans, mahones etc.

Slippers can be pantuflas, but zapatillas is also correct.

and pijama is ok, but is La pijama not el... if your teacher show it that way then she is wrong...

Slippers= las pantuflas
As for the expression for jeans, I used to listen
to the following ad on a Mexican radio station:
"En pantalones vaquero, el venado, el venado es mejor."
