Tips on overcoming nervousness?

I really wanna ask out the guy that I like and I am super nervous that he will say no.. what should I do to overcome being nervous..?

The only way to get over a case of the nerves is to face your fear head on ~ ask him out. My guess, he'll say yes and be flattered that you asked.

ask him the longer u put it off it will get worse
