I have a crush at work with a female coworker. I have a feeling that she may be interested but I can never get her alone to talk to her. Whenever I'm around her I get nervous and tongue-tied. How can I approach her and let her know I'm interested in her?

You have to do it steps. Before you approach in reference to your crush you need to be able to talk to her.

I would advise you to talk to her about work. (Gaining confidence) Initially that give you something to talk about and you can see that you can do it.

After a conversation or two, try and keep it brief like during a break try a personal email something to give you subject matter for your next conversation.

Generally by your interaction with her you will be able to tell if she is interested or not. Once you have personal interaction it is a lot easier to communicate.

From there it is about how you determine your approach to ask her out. Be it "Man Up" telling her how you feel or asking her out through an informal date "I got tickets would you like to go with me".

First of all you have to talk to her. She wont bite you if you say "Hi" on a regular basis. Then when you see her, just talk about what ever is going on and see how she is doing. They like people that give them attention and just be yourself, she like you as you are and not someone your not. Just be her friend and go from there.
