We just replaced the battery and starter several months ago. It was slowing down untillit stopped and the radiator went boom. and the water went every wher. It appears to me that the battery and starter are not working together to run properly.

Check the master fuse in the engine compartment.

Getting everything wet can disable any of the the electrical components. Open the hood, let it dry out, and see if things improve.

If still no response, the water may have shorted out something and blown fuses or damaged circuits. You may have to get professional help. But let it dry out first.

You may have two problems as odd as it may seem I manage an auto repair and maybe some coolant got on the starter or the starter solonoid

I don't know. I really don't. However, this goes to show that American always beats Japanese engineering. This is the kinda stuff that happens when a car is made of mostly plastic parts. It tends to break easier (along with braking easier, but that's besides the point)

It could be wet although this situation sounds strange. Just let it dry thoroughly before you try to start it again.
