No, you should not go out with someone if your parents don't allow you to date yet cuz they are just looking out for your best interest.

Your parents exist to support and keep you safe.
Do not go against their wishes, as they are usually right.
Also, they can make your life miserable, so pissing them off is generally not a good idea.
Please take this into consideration.
Your parents swore an oath when you were born.
I will protect my daughter, against all dangers, foreign and domestic. I will ensure her safety, both physical and mental.
They are only trying to help you. Never hurt you. This may seem like the end of the world, but you've got your entire life to be by yourself. Embrace your parent's protection.

Sounds like time for further discussion with mom & dad. There is probably some middle ground (a compromise), that would be better than a simple yeah, do it behind their backs, or no, don't do it at all.

It depends if your of age that would be your own decision. If your not then you have to respect your parents and obey them till your old enough.
