Shouldn't you not go to church anymore? Shouldn't you read the bible and praise your God in solotude?
1 Corinthians 16:2 Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.
"No gatherings when I come" ???

Hello??? Anybody listening? None of these verses says anything about going to church. The "Body of Christ" is what they call the bread at communion. Quit using parts of larger ideas, you sound like newspaper journalists. Fox News must all be Christians!

nope just verses that say fellowship with other christians. not necessarily church
and if u really wanna make the sabbath day holy u shouldnt be up and driving around, washing for church. as your not supposed to do anything that requires work. and yes self grooming is work. people are using the "sabbath" day how they want. either they need to use it how it was said to use, or disregard it like most everyone does.

You haven't read the Bible thoroughly enough. Yes, in communion we refer to "the body of Christ" but the "church" (that's the followers of Christ gathering together and not a building) is also referred to as "the body of Christ." (Colossians 1:24)
I Corinthians 16:2 is talking about setting aside a sum of money to be given on the first day of the week. This sum is supposed to be in keeping with one's income. It seems Paul didn't want to be concerned with collecting money when he came to visit.
Since the "church" is the gathering of believers (the body of Christ), you don't have to go to a church building in order to gather. That's why people can have "church" in a theater or hotel or living room. It's the gathering together that we are told not to neglect.

This isn't about going to church, Paul is saying to gather the tithes before he comes to preach so that they won't have to gather tithes while he is there. Get a study bible and learn. Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaken the gathering of ourselves as some are in the habit of doing,,,, meaning, do not ignore going to fellowship (church) with other Christians.

The term "the gatherings" is literally referring to collecting money, as is obvious from the context. It is clearer in the NASB & the NIV. Hebrews 10:25 commands us to go to church. Do us a favor and stop making up fake Bible verses.
...........................................................
Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I directed the churches of Galatia, so do you also.
On the first day of every week each one of you is to put aside and save, as he may prosper, so that no collections be made when I come.
~ 1 Corinthains 16:1,2 (NIV)
Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
~Hebrews 10:25 (NIV)

The Scripture you're talking about is not about not going to church. It was when Paul would come to take up collections for the needy from those who were prospering, doing well. Hebrews 10:24,25 states; And let us consider one another to incite to love and fine works, not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together, as some have the custom, but encouraging one another, and all the more so as you behold the day drawing near.

There are alot of things in the Bible that are contradictory. Going to church should be a personal choice. If it makes you feel better at the end of the week, go for it. If it drains you, try another way to feel spiritual.

5 But YOU ARE TO SEEK THE HABITATION OF YOUR FATHER; THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH--the place which Yahweh your Father shall choose out of all your tribes to establish His Name--and THERE YOU MUST GO.
8 YOU MUST NOT AT ALL DO AS WE ARE DOING HERE THIS DAY--EVERY MAN DOING WHATEVER IS RIGHT IN HIS OWN EYES
