There this guy at work and he is always doing it and he does not seem to care if he is being watched. I think thats nastyness

I think the guy at work who shaves his boogers is the one to be asking. If you don't have the guts to look him in the nose, I mean eye, and ask, then slip a sticky note on his desk when he goes on break. Maybe say something like, "What's with the public snot snacks dude?"
That answer applies if this is a real question, the fact that you are asking US why HE does it doesn't make much sense, but I tend to think you're just looking for a few laughs on this one.

How do they SHAVE the boogers in there mouth? do you mean shove if so because they are sick!!!! But let me know if you find out how they shave the boogers in there mouth that would be tricky!!!! LOL

I don't think most people eat it.
I do think that lots of people pick their nose when they are driving, though, but they mostly seem to be wiping it not eating it.
