It would be immoral to deliberately make a guest sick, whoever he might be. I would either decline to be his host or treat him to a nice meal as I would anyone else. That isn't a very fun answer, is it? I guess not, but at least it's honest.
What the heck, I'll give it a try.
Worst restaurant food I can think of? A Taco Bell chalupa. If you look up the word "abomination" in the dictionary, you'll find a picture of the chalupa. Truly gross.

The worst meal in the world has to be Mc Nuggets and fries at Mc Donald's, so I guess that's it. That should make him sick for thousands of years!

Anything that can be burnt is on the menu and he can pick the place this "ain't" no date thank you very much. He is on his own as usual I hate the smell of sulfur in the morning!
