is there anything i can do to stop me from getting sick and dizzy on rollercoasters?

Take Dramamine before you go to the park also try not to eat alot of greasy foods that can make you queasy also.

Don't have a lot to drink or eat, if you get dizzy just close your eyes when you are on the ride.
