So, how do you get a guy to get the hint "I'M NOT INTERESTED" or "I HAVE A BF" just doesn't seem to drive them away. Boys, don't you get it? No means no? Why do you always insist that you'd be better than my current bf?

Best approach: Be brutally honest.
Telling someone you have a BF is never going to do any good. Guys just think they can win you over and you'll leave your BF for them. In cases like this, tell him exactly what it is you don't like about him and why. And don't hold back.

The way to get a guy to leave you alone is to be mean to him. Say something like "Didn't I say that I don't want to talk to you?" It may seem harsh, but here is the thing that you must understand. If you are nice to a guy, he interprets that as you giving him a chance. I don't know why, but that is how they think.

boys are hard-headed when it comes to this, u need to tell them straight up, and then ignore them, and if they use ur scilence aginst u(like if they say i'll take ur scilence as a yes) then STAND THEM UP, if they don't get it after that, then keep on going until they get it.

Because they have self esteem and ego issues. You should date him, use up all his money and then no goodnight kiss. Or have your boyfriend catch you and cause a scene. Tell BF ahead of time and plan it together.
