Season them with salt and pepper, a little garlic powder if you have it and them brown them on both sides in a hot pan with some olive oil in it. Then put in a can of cream of mushroom soup and let them simmer down for about 15 minutes. Serve with rice. Will be tender with its own gravy. Toss a garden salad and enjoy.

A really easy way.... Use cream of mushroom soup. Sautee them in ligh olive oil. After they are completely cooked pour a 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and 1.5 cans filled with milk into the pan. Let simmer for 20 minutes, and serve with white rice. Makes a great gravy.

You could saute them in veg. oil with some salt and pepper then serve them with fried apples. Slice 4 - 6 apples and saute in about 1 T of butter. You can add a little brown sugar and cinnamon if desired.

Lightly roll them in cornmeal, cover w/ Dijon mustard and a teeny-weeny sprinkle of brown sugar...broil them 2 or 3 minutes. Serve w/ collard greens and pinto beans and butter lettuce salad w/ a light vinaigrette.

I like them with Shake and Bake and my mum used to put Cream of Mushroom soup on them when they baked. If you like CMS this is nice for a change.
But, you know, sweet and sour is also good if you want to serve a rice dish along with it.

brown them, cover with a can of cream of mushroom soup, cover and bake for an hour; have with rice, pasta or fried potatoes.
Or, broil instead of grilling.
