Don't know, prolly a mexican does the anchor baby thing, then the 5,000 nearest relatives have a 'right' to enter the US, swarm onto welfare etc.

Well, their religion forbids birth control, they breed in order to stay here, and start procreating at puberty, so I would say it's entirely possible.

they don't all stay. they come here, send money home . they make there country richer. they just need to come legal. if they did that they may lose there citizenship in mexico.
