A month ago, I moved with my family a long distance, to a new home. Ever since then, I haven't been feeling like myself. I've had loose stools, and acne-ish breakouts on my face and legs (I never had pimples on my legs like this before!). Nobody else seems to be affected in this way, and I can't get into a doctor for a month or so (I am going though). Any ideas? Is my body just getting used to the new water? The move was not very stressful for me either, and I'm really comfortable here... Other then feeling off.

Could it be Jet Lag, or getting used to the time change? Are there any hour differences, it could make a difference.

You might be allergic to something in your new home (inside or outside). This is probably what's causing the breakouts, since they're on both your face and legs. Have you changed anything during the move--what laundry detergent you use? Your diet? Any new pets? Houseplants? Are you living in a dryer or more humid climate? If it's dryer, make sure you're really using that lotion, because dry skin can be mistaken for allergic reactions, and it's often itchy and can be red in bumps or patches. If you're in a hotter climate, make sure that you're spending enough time inside, where it's cool, and that you're drinking enough water/gatorade--more, probably, than you would think you need to drink. Dehydration can be hard to pick up on, but it can make you feel blah and throw off your system in general (I had that problem). As for the loose stools--my first thought is some sort of new food, new restaurant, more of one type of food than you usually ate in the past...a lot of little changes can get lost in a move, even if it was a pleasant one. Some people have loose stools during their period--even if you haven't before, that's something that can pop up unexpectedly. Certain vitamins can also cause that--fish oil/flax seed oil comes to mind. Been taking any OTC meds or different prescription medications...or stopped taking any? Look for any changes like those, and you'll most likely find the secret to your moving sickness woes. I have sensitive skin, so I have to do that periodically. Things you don't expect can cause your body to react, so don't rule out anything, even if it seems insignificant. Good luck, and hope that helps!

Although the move might now have felt stressfull, the mind and body can become overwhelmed without us realizing it. When I moved from MA to NC I had an outbreak of Shingles as well as getting a sinus infection. My doctor told me that everything in a new environment can effect your body... from the air, the water, and even the people.
Perhaps it is an allergic reaction, or perhaps its your body's way of releasing the stress built up from the move. Similarly, the mind can affect the body in ways we dont fully understand. If you have been stressed out over the symptoms and focusing on them, its possible that it could worsen.
