finally im about to buy a car from a private seller-honda accord '96 for 3 G. i was wondering if i should prepare a written document or not.. what u think ?

get it inspected by your own mechanic before you buy it and get that in writing then go and negotiate the price down to what it should be.

actually, they should prepare a written doc. Most dmv's have all the forms you need to make the sale a good one. Check your local dmv.
