My last bf called me a tease, he said I was hot and I made him horny when we would makeout, but that I didn't "do" anything about it because we would only kiss, I didn't go past kissing. I'm happy I didn't go farther, but does that make me a tease? Boys what makes a tease?

Most every guy is going to call you a tease. Its their way of pressuring you to give in. They try to make you think its your fault that they are horny and that you need to take care of it. Its a good thing you didn't cave.

Unfortunately, as I am sure that you may have noticed, in that case you were being a tease.
Generally, consider a tease to be someone who promises but doesn't deliver. The same definition applies to used car dealers as well.
Whether your promise (or advertisement) is explicit or implicit, the results or the same. If you are not going to deliver, don't offer. I am by no means suggesting that you should have 'finished him off'.
Kissing is wonderful, but it opens the door to further actions. If you don't want that door open, don't jiggle the knob.

No you're not a "tease", you sound more like inexperienced to me.
The real definition in boy-talk of a tease is a sexually experienced girl who intentionally heats up a guy to boiling point then holds back just for the fun of seeing him sweat it out.

Sort of to a point, but you didn't do anything wrong. If you aren't ready, then you aren't ready. He was just trying to pressure you into doing something more. And partially, it had to do with what he wanted. You may not have given that many signs you wanted more (heavy kissing is one, but he should have gone with more than just that), but he read more into it because he was transferring his own feelings onto you. When you'd stop it and he wanted to keep going, he just felt frustrated. But if he cared about you, he would have gotten over it. You did right.

undesirable boys are the boys that a lady's father and mom do not choose her up to now. Ever considered " A Streetcar Named choose"? the guy in that movie/play performed by Marlon Brando is the epitome of a nasty Boy.

A tease is a Bull Sh#t name made up to taunt a person into doing more than they want to. On person's tease is always another person's whore. Make up your own boundaries.

If you're too young, sex is complicated. If you are in college, then you should know that guys expect to close the deal.

Depends on age, and how long you were dating.

Both are important.
