The best thing to do is just try to avoid the things that really set you off. Maybe when you start feeling steamed just walk away before you let it go any farther. My ex always knew when to push me and I always knew when to leave him alone when he was in that mood. Just help your friends know how to read you better. They can help as much as you knowing when to stop.

I know its hard. I guess I cant say anything cuz I am an even hot tempered person than u. I get angry 4 da slightest thing. I guess da only way is 2 think of sumthing else when u get angry or sing ur favorite song. It helps sumtimes. Gud luk anyway. U gotta wish me da same!!!!

Well...you didn't tell us much about yourself.
Like, your age, your background growing up (did you have a lot of older siblings that used to beat up on you?) and what you do for a living.
Also - what kind of things set you off?

Look - depending on those answers, you might consider seeking professional help for your behavior.
We can all learn behavior modification...the question really is: do we WANT to learn?

I think of a beach with and empty chair a cold drink and the waves crashing it all ways brings me back from the edge

myby thats why you smack your kid dont worry hun i dont have a problem with that every1 has there own discipline.....anyway go for sum anger management or smoke hash that will relax you a bit
