I believe this judgement was in August and had something to do with dates and wording.

Didn't`t see that one . However i know that a lot of the car parks in the north east were built on common ground , Common ground is free ground , anybody can use it for any purpose ( except to build on ) the council decided to put car free car parks there but after about 8 years they started charging to park your car / bike there ! some clever person remembered when he got a parking fine that it used to be common ground years before and he was successfull in having his ticket overturned , however the council still continue to charge to park there !

i think its because the double yellows werent blocked off at the ends
