Some would say don't hate because she's confident about herself. Honestly I don't think it takes showing cleavage to have self confidence. The reality is she deprives anyone else of getting to REALLY know her (especially on the male side) due to the distraction(s). She may not even be aware that there's more depth to her beyond the sexual, because maybe when she was younger she was never affirmed by her folks,of her beauty or who she is. So subconsciously, this is what she resorts to.

That she is a woman and proud of it...she should have the right to be top free as is legal in Canada and not to be made to feel wrong about her body. She should feel good about her breasts and by showing as much cleavage as she can is expressing her right as a woman.

"Too much" is subjective, it depends on who is doing the looking. If you're a judgmental, small-minded person, or ultra religous, showing anything is too much. A woman has a right to be be proud of what she has, if you've got, use it!
