You don't!
Part of being a grown-up is learning to be unselfish.
If you like someone, you want the best for this girl. You want her to be happy, independent and safe.
Or do you just want to "steal" her away and have "Won" her over.
That is your ego talking, not concern for this girl's feelings.
The best thing you can do is let her know that you like her, respect that she is in a relationship she cares about, and you are going to be a gentleman and not make demands or trouble for her.
She will file that away, and IF she breaks up with her boyfriend ON HER OWN- she will know how to find you.
If you DO anything else, she will know that you are a selfish, immature jerk, and RUN!

A very dangerous game, dont even go there. If she really likes him then she will always have something to do with him, even behind your back! Besides, why would you want to do that?, once you guys are in good with each other then someone slicker than you will come along and talk her into leaving you, more than likely just to hit it and quit it. If her head can be turned that easy then we need to re-think your choice in women.

well...think a little bit....if another boy would do this to you, how would you feel? my opinion, which is an objective one considering i don't know you at all is to leave her alone and if she will split up with that guy then you can take measures and try to be with her. don't try to interfere between them because if the girl really likes that guy she will hate you and i think this is the last thing you want. so have patience, because in this world nothing lasts forever...but until they will break up you try to be "just a good friend" always there for her

I think this is so wrong...why would you do that?...don't you realize if this did happen you would never be happy you know why?...you some day would think she would do exactly the same thing to you that she did to her boyfriend there would never be any trust in the relationship...and who knows maybe she would leave you also for someone else who asked her to leave you...now how intelligent is this question?........

become friends with her. Eventually she will have problems with her bf. Don't let her know that you like her it could ruin it. Watch for any rough patches between her and her bf and be there at the right time for her. When she's upset and when something goes wrong allways be there for her. Trust me eventually she'll notice.

watch the movie something about Mary and learn, sometimes you just have to let people you like be happy with someone else.

You don't sound like much of a friend trying to steal his girlfriend.
