Agree with him? I don't know...
Maybe ask him if he knows that born-again christians have the highest divorce rate. Then when he disagrees, ask him to look it up. He'll stop talking while he's doing that, I think.

I've wondered the same thing for such a long time and the question actually applies to all judgemental people. They are always damaging themselves, inhibiting their ability to learn, to be accepted, to belong, ruining their potential joy and turning off good vibes like a light. I usually just turn my back on them and find something else to do. Combat doesn't work. Ignoring them is pretty effective.

Fight fire with fire. Many Born-agains quote passages from the bible to make their point, but don't have any real knowledge of what the text means. Don't back down from them, if you are too "difficult" they won't waste their time with you again.

Or lie, and say that he s right. Then through yourself opn the ground and jitter around for about 20 minutes. If that doesn't work, he is an idiot (thought that goes without saying.)

Why is that bad? That means they're saved and they're happy about it! That's good. Just tell them to go spend time reading the Bible and they'll be quiet.
