It is the most awfule unearlthy smell ever. She gags when we spray room deoderizer and you would think by now that she would figure out it is very offending.

well if shes rude enough to let that stuff seep out of her but, then be rude back and tell her "YOU STINK!" tell her to stop farting around you or you will be forced to jam a cork up her butt :)

I would pull her aside and tell her that you are approaching her as a friend that people are talking about her passing gas in front of them and that the smell is unplesent and that you thought she should know . If she is evil andwants people to smell it id make her a gift basket filled with every gas ex medication on the market and a thank you card signed by the rest of the staff

It may be related to a health condition that she cannot help, so you should proceed with caution and respect for that possibility.
That said, you shouldn't have to work in an unbearable workplace.
I recommend speaking with whomever supervises all of you to see if something can be done to help everyone. Perhaps your smelly co-worker can be moved somewhere else in the room, for instance, or air fresheners can be installed.
