Jesus told the parable of the two sons. He said the first was asked by his father to work in the vineyard and told his father, "Yes, I will work". He then went out and decided not to. When the father asked the second son to work the son told him, "No, I will not". Later he felt he should work and did so.

Jesus asked, "Which son did what his father asked?" The crowd replied, "The second one!" Jesus said, "Surely prostitutes and tax collectors will enter heaven before you"

The moral of the story, it's believers who say they will do the right thing, and don't. It's the non-believers who do often ending up doing what's right of their own conviction.

In my own righteousness I deserve to go to hell. But because of what Jesus did and what is recorded about this subject in:

1John 5:13
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

It says that I have eternal Life right now... I guess I'll trust God to keep His word to me.... Jim

No, because I am not a Christian.

I believe in an afterlife and reincarnation. When it is time for the Higher Power to "call me home", I will go to a place of rest until it is time for my next life to begin.

If God isn't letting non-Christians in, then I am not going to heaven, but I don't think God discriminates so foolishly.
