Hey I just got my hair colored yesterday and I was wondering how I can keep my hair looking shiny considering the fact that tommorow is school picture day. I guess the best way to describe my hair is as a "mixture"; lots of expresso, maple, and very few medium blonde highlights from previously. I really want my hair to look just as good as it did when I got it colored and cut yesterday. Any tips?

wash with a color inhancer shampoo to bring out highlights and use a spray on like "Shines" to help with luster and shine.

NEVER wash hair the day after getting it colored!!! If you want your hair color to stay vibrant and fresh, do not wash it for 2 days (disgusting but its true).
Why not talk to the person who did your hair and find out from them what you should use/do, getting professional advice is the best way to go in this situation (been there done that)

you can use "Special Effects Extreme Shine" it works wonders!! it gives your hair a weightless shine, has an anti-frizz treatment (that actually works) and repairs split ends!!!! i use it about EVERYday. what you do is, when your hair is damp (not too wet or dry...) you just spray a little bit on your hair, and then just blow-dry it. when your done, your hair will have a BEAUTIFUL shine to it!! Good luck!! :-)

Wash it condition it...if they straightened it you do the same...etc.
