Why is it so bad for teenagers to be condemned to no sex when even though there is a restriction we're still doing it?
I think that if a couple is willing to take all the consequences of their actions that it will be okay but other than that I don't think that is right.
Adults think that they have all the answers and I am tired of it. Sex is one thing two people share and I want to know why teenage lovers aren't allowed to show their love if they are ready.

I dont think ur parents are saying its such a bad thing to do,like its horrible...but parents feel as thoughur not ready because u wont be able to take care of a nother human being .....like if u get pregnant ur just a chld urself...or if u get an std things in that realm...but for the most part if its cumthin iu want to do and wont regret i say go for it jus be protected>!>

So tell us how you know you are ready... Do you both have the means to support yourselves and a child? Do you have a job? Do you have health insurance to properly care for the child and make sure the birth is safe? Until you are 18, how do you propose to rent an apartment? Can't legally sign a contract until then. How about your education? Do you have a plan to continue through school if you get pregnant? What about your boyfriend? Will he be able to continue school or have to dropout to support you? Do you plan to doom your child to a life of poverty because you could not complete school?
Oh wait... I bet you are planning to have mommy and daddy take care of you. Or better yet, the rest of society by going on welfare and other government plans because you can't control your hormones.
Accept the fact that you DON'T know everything and need to learn the way life really works.

Because most teenagers are irresponsible and cant handle the consequences. Adults are right. But, i'll expect my kids to go and have sex no matter what I say so there's not much you can do but make sure they know your not watching babies, give them condoms, and hope they arent complete idiots about it. Most teenage girls will epect their mothers to watch their kids while they go to work and school which is in no way fair. I made sure I did'nt get pregnant or any diseases, most other underage kids are'nt responsible like me, and those irresponsible teenagers always think their ready for **** that they are'nt ready for.

Most teenagers are not mature enough for sex even though they believe they are.
Though you believe you are ready, adults have already been there and done that and they understand MUCH BETTER then you, the implications of having sex as a teenager.
Having sex is much more then just getting naked and "knocking boots". If you are not emotionally and mentally ready for it, you will regret it forever and all other sexual encounters will be tainted by that one time.
Believe me, you will be quoting these exact words when you grow up and leave your teen years behind.
Remember - Hind sight is ALWAYS 20/20.

Teenagers are supposed to be discovering who THEY are, not who someone else is. Love is not feeling happy around someone although that's nice to have. Love is wanting someone else to be happy.
Do you have a job? Insurance that's not your parents? The consequences of sex include babies and STD's. Is this the person you want to spend the rest of your life with? Are you ready for commitment?

just that it is teenage love...so temporary...there are to many things going on to many changes and emotions. why add sex? you will not be the same person by the time you are out of school probably by the end of this year...
enjoy your teenage years..don't complicate it more..you have your whole life to deal with that stuff

because when you have children your parents end up taking care of them,, if there was a way to make sure you kids cant have babies,, the I would be all for it,,,

They cant because sex causes babies and babies cause work, u will have a bad education and and will be miserable.
