where tot buy things cheap in EU?

I've been in belgium for one month,and I want to buy a mp3 player,like ipod video.but i saw the price is so high that i couldn't believe.399EUR ,my god!!!
so is anyone know how to buy a mp3 player in a cheap way here in EU

i think the best prices for electronics are in UK..try also from ebay.co.uk many very cheap things
