I assume you mean psychiatric disorders. Those would include Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Bipolar and other forms of depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder/Disruptive Disorders, Antisocial Personality Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and the spectrum of Psychotic disorders (i.e. disorders that have symptoms of auditory/visual hallucinations and delusions) are among common disorders that may cause angry outbursts. Some medical diagnoses have been known to contribute to angry outbursts so those need to be ruled out as a cause. Of course drug and/or alcohol addictions would be a primary cause of angry outbursts. Most common cause? Depressive Disorders (just as sadness is a symptom, anger and irritability are primary symptoms of depressive disorders) and Drug/Alcohol Addictions.
*To clarify some of the above answers of Tourette's Syndrome: While this disorder may SEEM as though someone is having an angry outburst, anger is not the problem, rather the problem is an impulse that is uncontrollable and it is very possible for a person to not feel angry, while still appearing to be angry--this is a common misunderstanding. Still, it is defined as an "uncontrollable outburst".
*Also, ADHD: While impulsivity is a symptom of ADHD, no where in the criteria for ADHD does it state "anger" or "outbursts". An example of impulsivity may be as simple as constantly interrupting someone while talking. Some children and adults, as a result of having ADHD, will develop Depressive Disorders or other problems if they don't learn to appropriately cope with the difficulty of ADHD--and angry outbursts are common with Depressive Disorders.

BiPolar... but sometimes for girls it is just a hormone thing.
I am not being mean saying this, just as much as it is an urge for guys to mate due to hormones it can be difficult for some girls to get use to the hormone changes.
Remember, pregnant woman go through a lot of mood changes and we just accept it.
Best thing is learn from the past when you are feeling like blowing up then learn to notice that it is about to happen and then find a way to curb it a little.
I am BiPolar and I learned that I DID NOT have any problems when I was NOT around other people.
So I learned that when I started to feel a certain way I found a way not to be around any other people until it passed.
I had to find jobs that allowed me to leave or work alone.
Don't force others to be a part of your problem... sometimes if you can not control it is your problem and your duty to get away from others... if not you will have a lot of people mad at you for life.
GOOD LUCK

Turrets Syndrome will often cause individuals to shout out, swear, or make odd noises. People with ADHD or ODD will often have impulse control problems that cause them to have emotional outbursts too.
