It makes more logical sence then thinking God is supernaturel.
Since space is infinite, it must also have infinite life, and infinite intelligence.

Exodus 13:21 And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead them along the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, that they might travel by day and by night.

Clouds don't light on fire, clouds don't have God in them, and clouds don't set upon dry ground. Ever took earth science?

Numbers 9:15
On the day that the tabernacle was set up, the cloud covered the tabernacle, the tent of the testimony. And at evening it was over the tabernacle like the appearance of fire until morning.

Luke 9:34
As he was saying these things, a cloud came and overshadowed them, and they were afraid as they entered the cloud.
You know people just ignore this like you can walk on a cloud.

God IS an alien, technically. He also said "My ways are not your ways".

He does refer to Himself as an alien in the context of being foreign.

See Leviticus 25:23.

See also: John 1:11.

In Hebrews 11:13, the people of God are referred to as aliens and strangers - same thing, basically.

And you're right. Clouds do not light on fire. This was a supernatural event from a supernatural God. And this cloud described in Exodus did have God in it.

Can you please clarify what you are saying/asking about Luke 9:34?

alien
1. a resident born in or belonging to another country who has not acquired citizenship by naturalization (distinguished from citizen).
2. a foreigner.
3. a person who has been estranged or excluded.
4. a creature from outer space; extraterrestrial.

God meets all these criteria (he does not have citizenship in any country, is from a foreign place, does not interact with us, heaven resides "beyond the sky", thus in outer space). So, God IS an alien.

Space isn't infinite, but "god" could be an alien. That would make more sense than a supernatural being who likes to burn bushes and murder his son.
