I have never tried them. I get too stressed out to sit still long enough. But I can certainly see why they would. Makes sense to me.
But if you are relying on stress balls alone to look like Arnold Swartzenager, it will take a long time.

Hmm I'd imagine so but you'd have to use it alot...try lifting weights up to your chin with your arm straight and twisting your arm 180 degrees (or as far as you can go) while doing so...or one of those grabby gadgets you can pick up from all good sports shops
