No where, no man should ever try going somewhere with the intentions of "picking up girls". It's so old and over played! Wherever you are, if you see someone attractive that you may be interested in, just go up to them and tell them! Tell them that you couldn't help but notice them and lay your cards out. Just be real. well that is what i was going to say is college or highschool if you are there but maybe a bark park that is a park for dogs and the owners but i guess if you do not own a dog that is out. Maybe the mall or clubs maybe. Or you can go to a dating service on the net that one with the old guy match.com or something like that i think it is called.
