Yes, the gospel of Jesus Christ is not "politically correct".

The truth of God's word should come before church attendance, tithes, and TV shows. I don't intend to offend anyone, but if the Bible says something is sinful, I must agree.

Whenever a church white washes the gospel to be more palatable to the community, the end result is a luke warm church.
Please read Jesus' opinion of a lukewarm church in Revelation 3:16.

Grace and Peace!

I belong to the Episcopal Church and it is in the throws of having to decide to go to the right or left! I am not sure most are very liberal, but too few are moderate.

yes i think so too, i just went to this baptist church a few weeks ago and it was So liberal, the way they sang their music, we didnt use a hymnal book and it wasnt even the 'old-fashioned' hymnals that i like. it was contempory christian music on a projection screen and some guy stood in front and sang it on a mic to lead the congregation. everybody actually held hands, while we sang which was so uncomfortable, holding a strangers hand? sorry, i like conservative style churches better.

I think many are just right, some are not liberal enough.

There's nothing wrong with encouraging good morals and a life towards the god you believe in, but I think there IS something wrong with hating gays, blaming 9/11 on Jews, picketing the funerals of soldiers killed in Iraq, and blaming the worlds problems on Harry Potter.

Liberal as in "progressive," or liberal in the political sense, which is essentially socialism?

By liberal do you mean too accepting of others, compassionate to those in need, trying not to judge others different than us...gee...who does that sound like? Oh, I know! Jesus!

No, they've gotten too conservative. It's time to bring the love of God back into our houses of worship, and kick out the conformity of Satan.
