whats a jumping jack and a cruch how do you do them

i want to do a simple exercise routine with no equiptment can you tell me how much of each thing i should do
(i asked a similar question before but i want somebody to say do x situps and y pressups ect. sorry for being difficult) :D

It depends on what part of the body you want to concentrate on....

I have a routine that takes about 20 minutes, consisting of:

50 bellycrunches
50 leg-lifts
25 butt-lifts
50 back crouchings (I call it "doing the cat-impression")
16 neck rolls (8 to each side)
16 wrist and ancle streches (on each foot and hand)
32 waist rolls (2*8, 4*4)

Try pilates. Look into a class, safer to get someone to show you how to do the exercises. Worth the money.

A crunch, essentially is a sit-up, and a jumping jack is jumping while simulataneously putting your hands in the air over your head and putting your feet apart.

buy a dancing dvd of exercises and follow their routine, great because you can do them in your own time
