I'm not positive which one has the books but you might try Nickjr.
Playhouse Disney, even Ben and Jerry's site has fun stuff for kids!
Each site has a lot of printable pages and I'm pretty sure at least one has book things to print as well.

The first one is Create-A-Book and it's free. You just need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print:

Just go to www.paceschool.net/pace/contact.html i'm homeschooled and pace is better it is free and they give you a computer for the year so you can work on that they also give you like 1600 dollars so the kid can join programs like gym art all that stuff but you don't have to do all that stuff if you don't want to.
