Baptists, while a denomination, are primarily congregational in nature--which is to say that the first step in ordination is with the leadership of the local church. Talk to the pastor. If you talk to an elder or deacon they will probably say "talk to the pastor". Commonly, you will go to college, preferrably a Baptist school, and get at least a bachelors degree, preferrably a "Master of Divinity" or "M.Div" degree. Some of the bigger churches will expect a doctorate of their pastors. The first criteria is that you need to affirm that you are a Christian and that you practice it, live the life consistently (no one expects you to be perfect, but you've got to be trying and hadn't really blown it by multiple marriages, criminal records, etc.). Baptists have certain practical considerations--for instance, if you are divorced or are Pentecostal/Charismatic, drink, cuss, etc. divergent as those lines are, you might want to look elsewhere. Assuming those kinds of things, the two important considerations are: (1) are you "called"?--do you feel that God spoke to you and told you to do this?, and (2) can you preach?--obviously if you can't talk or make a coherent presentation in public, you might want to consider other work.

Google: Baptist schools, seminaries, etc.
However, if God hasn't called you & led you, you're headed in the wrong direction already.
God doesn't call the qualified, He qualifies the called.
