Take it as a given that this guy likes you and wants to get into your drawers. He got some really bad mixed signals from you about your make-out sessions. He probably wants to be friend but with perks. Somewhere along the line, boundaries never mutually established were crossed and when that happens both of you are right in your feelings. Set some boundaries (together) and make some tough choices. In any event, good or bad, can you imagine what a guy feels when a girl says to him that she just want to be friends? Like chopped liver or the booby prize in a contest?

He is pushing you against your wishes and is in the wrong. Tell him to grow up because you are a girl of higher morals and if he cannot have sex now and is unwilling to wait for the future, then get lost. He sounds like a jerk anyway. IF you dont want to go all the way, Tell him that you dont and make it clear to him. And if he still thinks you are teaseing him, Go in differint dirrections. You dont need this pressure to do something stuped,Or something you both will be sorry for later. Be up front with him. Tell him like you feel.

Tell him that you will start having sex when YOU are ready, & it's not up to him. If he wants to be YOUR GUY, then he has to respect your needs & wishes.
When he says "You're Playing Me" he's just trying to manipulate you. It's disrespectful, & he needs to hear you say so.
If he doesn't get it then he can get gone.

tell him i want to take things slow!so if he respects you he should understand!..and tell him if you feel im teasing you then we can stop kissing aswel so i wont mislead you into anything!...and if you like the guy why not be his girl friend?..anyways best of luck!

just say no... also if you just want to be friends with him, maybe you should cut out all of the makeing out.. if he can't respect your wishes, than he dosen't sound much like a good friend either..that ofcourse means, cut all ties....

Tell him that all you want to be is friends is all. If he wants you to go further than tell him to move on and not be friends. Tell him you have your boundaries and if he can't live with that he needs to move on.
