Any sandwhich made with Natures Own Double FIber bread. Awesome source of Fiber. Vegetables, fresh fruits (especially dried fruits) and whole wheat, bran, or oatmeal cereals are excellent sources of fiber.

Lunch #1:
Peanut butter sandwich made with whole wheat bread.
Carrot sticks.
Apple.
Lunch #2:
Ham and swiss on dark rye.
Wheat thins.
Banana.
Beverage for both: High-fiber juice.

Think fruits & veggies....dried apricots, raisins, beans, broccoli, corn, celery.
Examples of lunch items:
-Curry chicken salad with toasted almonds, raisins, carrots, cumbers & raisins
-Broccoli salad: Bacon bits, blanched/raw broccoli, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots w/ poppyseed dressing

brown rice, with chicken maybe, cous cous, baked beans, bulgar wheat with whatever, veggies maybe, jacket potato, cant think of anything else.!!
