Because the capiscum oil in the peppers makes your mouth hot, which makes your brain think that it's hot out, which makes you sweat.

proper salsa shouldnt make you sweat, unless you add sh.....t loads of chillies!!

because your body temp. goes up...if you use any ingredient's that have a spicy acid... ie. jalapeno.. onions..
