Leave the skin on, and use honey in the broth, marinade, whatever. You need to bake it in the oven. Mmmmmmmm.
EDIT:
I have a Pork roast that I bought just last night! I'm going to sear it and the pop it in the crock pot. The whole house will smell sooooooo Goooood.
