In UK you only change the pic when the passport runs out, so 5yrs after.

At about 5 years old - or whenever their first passport runs out and it is only issued for 5 years.

a childs passport only lasts 5 years, so you'll have to change the pic then.

Not until they are approx 10 years old.....completely mad I know but thats how it is.
