They must have the following..

Low APR and low or no fees however depending on your credit score those maybe hard to get some of the "rebuild your credit with our card" deals have insanely high fees and rates so always read the fine print. Some make you pay the application fee before you use it and some have monthly rather than annual fees.

Try this place. It doesn't run your credit so you are guaranteed acceptance. It reports to all 3 credit agencies so you can rebuild your credit. The limit starts out low so you can't build up a whole lot more debt in the process. The limit gets bigger as you pay on time. Check it out.

If your score is below 580 then I would apply for a pre-paid card with your bank or if they do not offer one find one on the net. The card will need you to put money down on it in the beginning but as you pay on time over time they will extend the limit.

Visa or MC from Orchard Bank. They specialize and help people rebuild their credit. They have helped me out the past couple of years. Also, please keep up with the monthly payments to avoid service charges.
