Im going to church for the first time on my own im a bit scared ive never been before i just want tto go in sit down and talk to god can i do that?

of course. not to make fun, but the actual mass is normally on Sunday. But if you want to go by yourself and talk to God friday would be a good time to be alone.

Well you can go to church on Friday or whenever, or you could talk to him where you are whenever you want.
Here's something that maybe you haven't thought of yet. You say you want to go Friday to talk to God. What happens if you die before then? It's possible isn't it? Everyday 150,000 people die and you can pretty much be sure that the 150,000 that died yesterday didn't didn't think they would.
So if you're not right with God perhaps you should at least consider doing so. Please keep an open mind. Take the test below.

Yes, you can talk to God in church. You can talk to God at home, too!
You may want to check your church's hours before going. Some churches are locked up when not holding services. This is not to discourage prayer or visitation. It is to protect the church from vandals and other problems (like people sleeping overnight in the church).

Huh? Why would you be afraid? Not to chide you, but come one, it's just a church. Go in and pray as you normally would at home or wherever. Nothing will happen to you, so there is really no reason for you to be afraid. I have no idea how old you are, but if you are over the age of 10 or so, I cannot imagine why you would be so afraid, unless of course, this is merely a put on.

Yes you can do that in church at home or anyother place you would like to have a talk to God he is always listening. There is no reason to be scare, the others at church will make you feel right at home. P.S. It is God always with a capitol G.

May I ask what church you going to? I assume your going to a revival cause most churches dont have church on fridays unless its a revival. If your not saved the only way to talk to God is if your saved, cause he cannot hear your prayer till it comes through the blood. John 9:31.

Yes you can! And please stop acting as though you're going to the cemetery! You'll be on Holy Ground! It won't hurt you! If anything it will only help you! This is a good thing! Not a bad one! That's what religion is about. In fact, you don't need to go to a church to speak with God. And, don't be afraid of him. He loves you not like a Father, but As a Father.

I never heard of church on Friday. Don't be afraid, but be careful what kind of church it is. I recommend Assembly of God or Pentecostal Holiness.

Yes, but you don't have to go to church to talk with god, you can pray at home. But going to church is very good for your soul and to be with others who share your belief.
