Self confidence is in your mind. Tell yourself you're pretty. The only way to get up your ego, is to build it yourself.

Exercise like Ballet & Martial Arts & Yoga classes help build confidance and raise your self-esteem.

Often ppl feel the lack of grace and exercise teachs you how to use your body. Once you're aware on how to use your body then you will move with more grace. When you learn to discipline yourself to acheive stuff you never though you could, well your self-esteem goes up. Then you can take the wisdom you got from disciplining yourself to other area's in your life like reaching for more intelligence. Keep expanding on stuff you can grow with.

Hi power girl,
It is interesting to me that you have low self-esteem, but you call yourself "power girl". So maybe you have more confidence than you realize. I don't know how old you are, but many of us as adults don't look like we did when we were younger. Sandra Bullock, jokes about what she looked like. What are you good at doing? Popular girls can be the ones that can help their friends with homework or who can cook good when their friends come over to hang out. Are you artistic, crafty or can you sew? Help friends with Halloween costumes. Find things you can do for others, find a place to volunteer, be a big sister, teach a child (or an old person) to read. People are valued by what they do with their lives more than what they look like. Get busy, you will like yourself better. Bye little one, Kimmie

vanity if something, boosts self-worth. self-worth is you ability and braveness interior of your self to attitude daily situation which will be considered out of the traditional run-of-the-mill, which includes: drawing close a stranger, a clean job or soliciting for a telephone form. the position as vanity is better-so the way you experience about your self and how effective you're about your skills besides because the way you opt for your obstacles. someone with low self-worth will be a lot less likely to assume they could do something through wondering they could't. someone wondering 'could I attitude that boss about something' would react in both way in the adventure that they have got extreme or low self-worth, drawing close them in the adventure that they have got extreme vanity wondering they could or low vanity the position they do no longer wondering they could't do it.

Find the things about yourself that you do like. It doesn't necessarily have to be your face, or your body for that matter. You may have characteristics that make others gravitate towards you. Do some introspective searching and find the three top things you love about yourself. Then flaunt them!
