Just to expand a little, Jin Wu is the code of ethics that Chinese boxers should follow. Hua Yuan Jia was an actual person and originated the code after experiencing the repercussions of some of his more questionable actions. The movie "Fearless" is loosely based on his life, and if you have seen "The Chinese Connection" with Bruce Lee, or "Fist of Legend" with Jet Li, you would also recognize him as the master who was poisoned whom Bruce and Jet avenge. Funny how Jet Li played both master and disciple!
To this day, any refutable Chinese boxing school should belong to Jin Wu.

Huo Yuanjia was the founder and spiritual guru of the Jin Wu Sports Federation He was a martial arts master who lived from 1869-1910.
